With over 30 years in his profession, and now working on his “second thirty”, Ernie McDaniel continues with his longstanding service goals at McDaniel Financial. These include helping people in or near retirement to accomplish vitally important personal financial goals:

What tools does Mr. McDaniel bring to the task? Creativity, long experience with hundreds of retirees, and never-ending education. Among other studies, his education includes having earned the Chartered Financial Consultant professional designation, the Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and the Master of Science in Financial Services graduate degree.
Mr. McDaniel co-founded the Estate Planning Council of Shreveport (now the Estate and Tax Planning Council), served as its president and continues as a supporting member. He has also served on the boards of both Shreveport Society of Financial Professionals & ChFC and Shreveport Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Working primarily in the ArkLaTex, he also serves clients around the country. His informative articles have appeared across Northwest Louisiana in M.D. News, Best of Times and Forum magazines. McDaniel has appeared regularly on the Preserving Your Retirement Assets and Income television series and Best of Times radio hour. Mr. McDaniel resides and has offices in Shreveport, Louisiana.
